In this session participants will explore how the UN's Sustainable Development Goals can address global citizenship and social responsibility curricular goals through inquiry based projects and lessons. Multiple classroom strategies will be shared drawing upon Roger Hart's ladder for participation moving students from tokenism to citizenship. Real project examples will be shared to inspire and empower teachers to implement the use of the Sustainable Development Goals in their classrooms.
