Teams of school heads, principals, human resources staff, and other recruiters and concerned staff from CEESA schools will identify Task Force recommendations that are most difficult for schools to implement. They will then develop initial action plans to address those challenges. Teams will share and refine those plans with the aim of continuing to support each other during implementation.
