The Central & Eastern European Schools Association (CEESA) is a movement for innovation where each learner’s experience is better tomorrow. We believe no school is an island, and every day brings new discoveries and challenges. We search for transformative ideas and have the power to make them happen—because at CEESA, everything is possible.

At the 2025 CEESA Conference, photographs and videos will be taken to document the event and support CEESA’s mission. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other CEESA publications.

In compliance with GDPR, we process images and videos of identifiable individuals based on our legitimate interest in promoting CEESA’s initiatives and events. By attending the 2025 CEESA Conference, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs and videos may be captured during the event.
• These materials may be used in CEESA’s promotional and informational content without further notice or compensation.
• Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform a CEESA staff member at the event during registration. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, such as arranging for you to wear a distinctive badge or directing you to designated areas where photography is restricted.
• Image Removal: Should you notice your image in any of our published materials and wish to have it removed, please contact us at office@ceesa.org. We will promptly address your request in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Please be aware that while we will make every effort to honor individual preferences, there may be instances where group photos or wide-angle shots are taken in which individuals are not easily identifiable. In such cases, it may not be feasible to exclude specific individuals.

By attending the 2025 CEESA Conference, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken and used for the purposes described above. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in compliance with GDPR.
